*the house may not be sold for at least 20 years
*no one else may live in the house
*no one may stay in the house longer than 3 months a year;and,only relatives
*only relatives may stay in the house temporarily
*no disputes or arguments are to be present in the house regarding house issues
*no one may keep pet in the house;except the owner
*there are to be no illegal drugs,items,or acts performed in the house.
